Location

Upon arriving at Malaga Airport, you can take a regular train service from the airport to Malaga’s main train station, Malaga María Zambrano. This journey takes 12 minutes, with trains departing every 30 minutes. Tickets cost between €1 and €3 per trip.

From Malaga María Zambrano train station, you can take a train to Campillos. Please note that there is no direct train from Malaga to Campillos, so you will need to transfer at the Antequera Santa Ana station. We recommend checking the wait times at this station, as some trains have a long layover.
Additionally, please be aware that the Campillos train station is located approximately 2 kilometers outside the town. Upon arrival, you may either walk into town or arrange for a taxi to reach your hotel.

Alternatively, there is a direct bus service from Malaga’s main bus station (located just a 3-minute walk from Malaga María Zambrano train station) to Campillos. This direct bus, operated by Alsa, departs normally at 3:00 PM. We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance.
The journey takes about one hour and is the simplest and most direct option. In Campillos, the bus has two stops; we suggest getting off at the stop on Avenida Familia Pascual Duarte. It is very close to the competition venue and nearer to the town center.

If you are unable to take this bus, please consider checking the train schedules as a secondary option.
